SEC Speedway European Championship: Qualifying Round 3 in Ukraine
QR3 was held on 2nd May in Rivne, Ukraine. The original date was the 1st May, but due to the heavy rain and the bad track conditions, Tuesday’s practice was canceled.
Unfortunately, also one race was canceled, because of the wet track, not suitable for a race.
Thanks to the good conditions, on Thursday the race took place with no other delay.

STATEMENT REGARDING GREG HANCOCK.

Further to the recent announcement from Greg Hancock, the FIM and BSI Speedway are unanimous in their support of Greg at this difficult time and wish his wife Jennie a full recovery from the treatment she will receive over the next few months.

Under the circumstances, Greg will not be available to ride in the opening round of the 2019 FIM Speedway Grand Prix series in Warsaw, Poland on May 18.
The first reserve Robert Lambert will compete as the replacement rider for Warsaw.
